We focus mainly on positive strand RNA viruses. We use integrated multidisciplinary approaches in order to produce recombinant enzymes, characterize their enzymatic activities, define their biophysical properties and resolve their tridimensional structure. All these approaches allowed us to identify new targets for antiviral drugs design. The laboratory has chemical libraries and access to the screening platform "PCML" and "AD2P" to identify inhibitory molecules.
